At Todaywise (Sole Proprietorship, Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh - 522020, India), we strive to provide the best productivity experience. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your subscription purchase.

1. General Refund Principles
Todaywise operates on a no-refund basis for cancellations. When you cancel your subscription, you continue to have access until the end of your billing period, but no money is refunded.
However, we do consider refunds in specific exceptional circumstances outlined below.
2. When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional situations:
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the app, and our support team cannot resolve it within 5 business days
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- Unauthorized Purchase: If a purchase was made without your authorization (subject to investigation)
- Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue the service entirely
- Billing Errors: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will generally NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or no longer wanting the subscription
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date (see Cancellation Policy)
- Partial use of the subscription period
- Violations of our Terms and Conditions
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (except for annual subscriptions where a prorated refund may be considered at our discretion)
- Not understanding the subscription terms (you are responsible for reading policies before purchase)
4. Refund Request Process
Submit Request
Email us at support@todaywise.app with your refund request, including your account email, transaction ID, and detailed reason for refund.
Review Period
We will review your request within 2 business days and may contact you for additional information or verification.
Decision & Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
5. Refund Timeline
Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, debit card, UPI, or wallet).
Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Free Trial Conversions
If you sign up for a free trial and do not cancel before it converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund policies apply from the date of conversion.
6.2 Promotional or Discounted Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as regular subscriptions. The refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid.
6.3 Annual Subscription Proration
For annual subscriptions, if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not substantially used the service, we may consider a prorated refund for the unused months at our sole discretion.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Please understand the distinction:
- Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep Pro access until period ends. No money back. (See Cancellation Policy)
- Refund: Money back for a purchase. Only granted in exceptional circumstances listed in Section 2.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:
- Contact our support team for further clarification
- Request escalation to senior management
- In cases of payment gateway-related issues, contact your bank or payment provider directly
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and in accordance with fair business practices and RBI guidelines for payment disputes.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be:
- Posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date
- Communicated via email for significant changes
- Notified through in-app announcements
Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the policy update.

11. Digital Service Delivery
Service Type: Todaywise is a digital service (software application). Upon successful payment confirmation:
- Pro features are activated immediately in your account
- No physical goods are shipped
- Access is granted digitally through the app
- Service delivery is complete upon activation
